Pediatric Healthcare System – TX

JHDHP helped design and implement strategies to increase engagement with community physicians, consolidated employed physician organizations to develop a network strategy that would position the hospital successfully for value-based reimbursement, and assisted with the business plan development of a holistic care organization with a focus on technology targeting the millennial generation.

 

Independent Physician Organization – NJ

Assisted a large multi-specialty independent physician organization (500 providers) develop a governance and management structure.

 

Community Hospital – IL

JHDHP helped implement outreach activities to increase alignment with community physicians and increase the hospital’s presence.

 

Large Academic Medical Center – MA

JHDHP worked closely with a number of specialty practices to help them implement the necessary changes to improve financially.

 

Community Health System - VA

JHDHP developed a comprehensive plan to clinically integrate three hospitals, 450 employed/community physicians, and a provider-owned health plan toward single signature contacting, managed risk for designated populations, and reduced the cost of care.


Regional Health System - NJ

Assisted with the development of a Physician Integration and Medical Staff Development strategy that set the stage for both employing key physicians and tightly aligning community physicians to the hospital.


Private Health Network - IN

JHDHP consolidated 500 physicians and 110 practices (with tax IDs) using eight different management systems onto a single practice management system with a single tax ID with standardized supporting policies, a new fee schedule and a Central Billing Office (CBO).


Regional Health Network - CA

JHDHP managed the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management System as part of a Clinical Integration Strategy and built the necessary supporting infrastructure for a network of over 800 independent physicians in southern California.


Regional Health Network - CT

Under a Practice Management arrangement, JHDHP reduced a $12 million operating loss to breakeven, re-designed the physician compensation system for 260 physicians, strengthened the use of the supporting EHR and Practice Management Systems, re-staffed a number of physician and administrative positions and developed an integrated Strategic Plan.
